Miami‑Dade Public Library System Card Holders Enjoy 24/7 Streaming Music from Alexander Street Press

(MIAMI, October 20, 2014) – The Miami‑Dade Public Library System proudly announces the return of Music Online from Alexander Street Press. Library Card holders will enjoy 24/7 free access to a comprehensive and high quality classical music collection that includes jazz, American Song, and world music. Customers can enjoy access to a streaming collection of over 6 million songs from artists such as Placido Domingo, Bing Crosby, BB King, A Flock Full of Seagulls and many more.

“It is a great collection of music and another great service to bring to our residents,” said Alisha Latham, Social Media Librarian at the Miami‑Dade Public Library System. “With Music Online, we are able to expand our collection with millions of song recordings that are accessible via the library’s website–free of charge.”
