Miami-Dade Public Library System Announces New Hours of Operation and Sunday Service Hours
(Miami, FL – October 1, 2014) To better serve the needs of our community, the Miami‑Dade Public Library will move to new hours of operation effective Sunday, October 5, 2014.
Many branches will have changes to their hours of operation, including Sunday hours at seven locations, expanded days of service at six locations and expanded service hours at two locations.
The following locations will be open on Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
- Lemon City Branch Library
- Miami Beach Regional Library
- North Dade Regional Library
- South Dade Regional Library
- West Dade Regional Library
- West Flagler Branch Library
- West Kendall Regional Library
The following locations will expand days of service from five days to six days;
- Doral Branch Library
- Kendale Lakes Branch Library
- Lemon City Branch Library
- Miami Lakes Branch Library
- Naranja Branch Library
- West Flagler Branch Library
The following locations will expand service hours;
- Civic Center porta Kiosk
- Sunny Isles Beach Branch Library
