Miami-Dade Public Library System presents the Teen Read Week T‑Shirt Design Contest
– Design your own T‑shirt and compete to win prizes! –
(Miami, FL – July 28, 2015) The Miami‑Dade Public Library System presents the Teen Read Week T‑Shirt Design Contest. Teen Read Week runs from August 17 ‑ September 5.
Contestants will create a black and white design reflecting the theme “Get Away @ Your Library.” Participants must be 12‑18 years of age and have a valid Miami‑Dade Public Library System (MDPLS) card. Artwork must be an original design and should not be based on or include any copyrighted material. Limit one entry per teen. Artwork will be judged by library staff based on originality and interpretation of the theme “Get Away @ Your Library.” Top entries will be displayed in the Teen Zone at the Main Library on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, September 5, 2015 to any MDPLS branch library. Visit www.mdpls.org for rules and more information.
